Guests of Honor

Greg Stafford

Greg Stafford is the man behind Glorantha, a vast fantasy world familiar to all RuneQuest players. RQ itself was a revolutionary game when it appeared in 1978. It discarded experience points and levels in favor of a practice-based skill advancement system.

Other works by Stafford include the Pendragon and Hero Wars RPGs. Most recent game is HeroQuest, published in 2002, which also makes use of the Glorantha setting. Stafford still develops Glorantha in many ways, writing background material and articles.
