Ropecon 2012 Call for Program is here!

We invite you to contribute to the program of Ropecon 2012!
When contacting us, please tell us:

• A little bit about yourself
• A short description of your program item
• The duration of your program item
• How many participants you are planning your program item for
• The possible need of materials
• Your contact information

  Program organizers and workers are rewarded with day- or weekend tickets to Ropecon, depending on the amount and type of your contribution.
Your preliminary contribution can be just an idea, or an already ready-made program item.  

Larps

This year Ropecon calls for larps in the setting of fantasy and alternative realities. Larps should have the duration of a few hours without the need for players to have specific costumes or props.

Miniature area is calling for program organizers for miniature games, demos, workshops, presentations and alternative miniature program.

This year Ropecon is calling for card game tournament organizers, demo organizers and workshop leaders.

Talks and other program

Ropecon seeks for quality program items around this year’s theme “Fantasy and alternative realities”, and items concerning the roleplaying field in some form.

• Presentations, panels and discussions are wanted around the topics of larp, roleplaying, borad games, miniatures and card games, re-enactment and phenomenon’s around the subjects.
• In the workshops the participants create props and materials. Ropecon pays the materials.
• Also all kinds of program, like fighting performances and other acts, freeforms etc are very welcome.

About your contribution:
Program slots are 45 or 105 minutes. Workshops should be run twice during Ropecon.
