Guest of Honor

As Guests of Honor in 2008 we have Greg Stolze (USA), Chris Pramas (USA) ja Peter Andreasen (Denmark), all acknowledged as game designers.

Chris Pramas is a writer, game designer, and publisher who has worked in the hobby game industry since 1993. Best known as the designer of Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay, 2nd Edition and the creator of Freeport, he has also written for such games as Dungeons & Dragons, Underground, and Feng Shui. He is the founder and president of Green Ronin Publishing, and led the company to an unprecedented three year streak as Best Publisher at the Ennie Awards. He recently delved into the world of computer games as well, and was a writer and world designer on the Pirates of the Burning Sea MMO RPG. He lives in Seattle, and enjoys traveling, fine dining, and punk rock.

Greg Stolze has written or contributed to over eighty RPG products in his ten-plus years as a designer. He worked on Star Trek for Last Unicorn, both versions of White Wolf's Vampire, the short-lived but glorious EVERWAY and AEG's Legend of the Five Rings. He's co-author of Unknown Armies, designed the One Roll Engine used in GODLIKE, Wild Talents, REIGN, NEMESIS and Monsters and Other Childish Things. He's written seven novels, composed dialogue for computer games, and designed one board game. He won an award for a nonfiction piece in which he described nearly drowning in Lake Superior as a result of his own foolishness. He is double jointed.

Peter Andreasen is part of the creative community OPUS, with whom he has spawned "playful events" and promoted alternative youth culture since 99. Ranging From underground urban-exploration-adventure-racing to high profile political LAPS - like the political SystemDanmarc or the social experimenting TOTEM. Peter is studying Stage management at the National school of theatre and has secured his bloodline with 2 sons.
